Bespoke Stationery / Personalized stationery

Capital of London will use its experience and expertise to ensure the finished layout is compatible with the end product.

Proofs: - Capital of London will issue a proof for your approval prior to the printing of your stationery. Capital of London will not accept any responsibility for errors on the proofs that have been approved. If there is no response from you after 30 days of sending out a proof, we will have no choice but to cancel your order charging you for any work that has been completed and any proofs that we have worked on.

Timing: - Orders are normally despatched within 10 - 15 working days of proof approval. Capital of London will endeavour to meet quoted delivery dates, but cannot guarantee them and are not responsible for any consequential loss.

Cancelation: - Cancelation will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of the notice of cancelation (which must be received in writing), in addition to a £10 charge per PDF proof. The management's decision on any work done will be final and binding.

Title: - All work remains the property of Capital of London, until it had been paid for in full. Engraved dies and copper plates remain the property of the buyer. They will be retained at Capital of London unless otherwise requested any items stored here will be kept at the risk of Capital of London. We reserve the right to operate a living on any items in our possessions against any unpaid accounts.

Delivery: - Carriage is usually charged extra. We do our best to keep to dates given for delivery or shipment; however, they are not to be treated as conditions of sale.

Refund Policy: - We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on bespoke or personalized items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. However, if we have made an error fulfilling your order, we will correct or replace the items supplied to you.

Complaints regarding personalized stationery items must be made in writing within seven days of delivery or they will not be considered (for full complaint details please see the complaints and suggestions section).

Payment for your order will be taken immediately.

If you make an online payment to us your payment will be processed on our behalf by Paypal Ltd who will collect and store your personal and credit card details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988

All deliveries are made from the Capital of London factory in the United Kingdom.

All U.K. orders are posted via courier and require a signature on delivery. You will receive a confirmation email on the day your order is dispatched please allow 48 hours from this for delivery. All delivered orders are subject to the courier's terms and conditions.

 

Pre printed stationery

Refund Policy: - If for any reason you are dissatisfied with product from our stock range (i.e. excluding bespoke products) purchased through the website from Capital of London, we will give you a full refund provided that the good are returned to us within seven days of the date of purchase or receipt of the goods. You will receive acknowledgement of your notification within three working days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. All items should be returned in their full packaging.

Faulty goods: - Only when faulty items are returned to us will we be able to credit the cost and VAT of faulty stock goods.

Where the transaction has been made using a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card within fourteen days of notification. We can only make a refund by cheque where the original item was paid for by cheque this does not affect you statutory rights.

Payment for your order will be taken immediately.

If you make an online payment to us your payment will be processed on our behalf by Paypal Ltd who will collect and store your personal and credit card details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

All offers are subject to availability. Prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Prices shown in the GBP (£) include 15% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Complaints

We are committed to providing a high quality service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details within seven days of the receipt of your order.

What will happen next?

We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within 3 days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.

We will then investigate your complaint. This normally involves passing your complaint to our complaint supervisor, (Wayne Pires), who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who acted for you.

Wayne Pires will then send you a detailed written reply to your complaint, including his suggestions for resolving the matter. This will be done within 21 days of sending you the acknowledgment letter.

At this stage if you are still not satisfied you should contact us again and we will arrange for the senior partner (Mr Eddie Abid) to review the decision.

We will write to you within 14 days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final position on your complaint and explaining our reasons.

If we have to change the timescale above, we will let you know and explain why.
